Luxperiences Credits Policy  

At Luxperiences by CrownThrive, LLC (“Luxperiences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we utilize a Credits System to ensure flexibility and trust in our platform. This Credits Policy outlines how credits are issued, used, and managed for Members (“Buyers”) in conjunction with the Luxperiences Assurance Program. By using the platform and participating in the Credits System, you agree to the terms outlined below.  

 

Luxperiences Assurance Program  

The Luxperiences Assurance Program is designed to provide Members with peace of mind during every booking. If an issue arises with your experience, credits may be issued as a refund. For more details, visit our Assurance Program Policy:

Issuance of Credits  

1. Refunds:  

Refunds for eligible claims or cancellations are issued as credits. This ensures immediate availability for future bookings and maintains flexibility for Members. Credits are equal to the amount paid for the original booking or service.  

2. Promotional Offers:  

Credits may be issued as part of promotional campaigns, loyalty rewards, or bonuses (e.g., purchasing $100 worth of credits and receiving $110 in value).  

3. Purchasing Credits:  

Members can purchase credits directly through their account for use on the platform. Bonus credits may be offered during specific promotions or for bulk purchases.  

 

Usage of Credits  

1. Booking Services:  

Credits can be used to pay for bookings, including accommodations, events, and tours available on Luxperiences.  

2. Non-Transferable:  

Credits are linked to the Member account under which they were issued and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted.  

3. Partial Payments:  

If the available credit balance does not cover the full cost of a booking, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternate payment method.  

 

Expiration of Credits  

1. Promotional Credits:  

Credits issued through promotional campaigns may have an expiration date, as outlined in the specific promotional terms.  

2. Purchased or Refund Credits:  

Credits purchased or issued through refunds do not expire, provided the Member account remains active.  

 

Limitations and Restrictions  

1. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.  

2. Credits cannot be used to cover service fees, taxes, or buyer fees unless explicitly stated.  

3. Abuse or misuse of credits may result in suspension or termination of the Member account.  

 

Cancellation and Refunds on Credits  

1. Refunds for Credits:  

Refunds for bookings made with credits will be reissued as credits to the Member’s account.  

2. Cancellations:  

Credits used for canceled bookings will be refunded in full to the Member’s credit balance, subject to the Partner’s cancellation policy.
