How to File a Claim
At Luxperiences by CrownThrive, LLC (“Luxperiences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to ensuring a trusted and seamless experience for all Members (“Buyers”). In the event of any issues with your booking or experience, our Luxperiences Assurance Program allows you to file a claim to request support, refunds (in credits), or resolution. This policy outlines the step-by-step process to file a claim and provides guidance on how we handle claims.
Eligibility for Filing a Claim
To qualify for filing a claim under the Luxperiences Assurance Program, you must meet the following criteria:
1. The booking was made directly through the Luxperiences platform.
2. The claim is submitted no later than 14 days after the experience completion date.
3. You have supporting evidence such as photos, documents, or receipts demonstrating the issue with the experience.
4. The issue falls under the coverage provided by the Luxperiences Assurance Program, as outlined in our Assurance Program Policy.
How to File a Claim
Follow these simple steps to file a claim:
Step 1: Gather Supporting Information
Before filing a claim, ensure you have all the necessary information and evidence, including:
- Booking number (available in your account or invoice)
- Date of experience
- Description of the issue or problem encountered
- Supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or other documents
Step 2: Access the Claim Form

Step 3: Complete the Claim Form
Fill out the claim form with accurate and detailed information. Replace all placeholders in the provided template with the appropriate information:
- Booking number
- Date of experience
- Description of issue
- Upload all supporting evidence
Step 4: Submit Your Claim
Once you have completed the form, click “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your claim.
Step 5: Claim Review and Resolution
Our team will review your claim within 7 business days. During this time, we may reach out for additional information or clarification. Once reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome via email, and if approved, any refunds will be issued in the form of credits to your Luxperiences account.
Important Notes
1. Refunds in Credits: Approved refunds are issued as credits, which can be used for future bookings on the Luxperiences platform.
2. Partner Cancellation Policies: Each Partner has their own cancellation policy, displayed on their listing. Claims related to cancellations will be assessed in accordance with the Partner’s policy.
3. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, including buyer fees and assurance program fees, may not be refundable.
